Apple Inc. will sell the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus in 36 more markets around the world, including China, India and South Africa, by the end of October.
Besides larger screens than previous versions, the new phones offer faster performance and a wireless chip for making credit card payments. Apple said Monday that the phones are on track to be available in more than 115 countries by the end of the year, making this the fastest iPhone rollout ever.
