Atlantic Broadband, the 15th-largest cable operator in the nation, has selected CSG Systems International to help it create and package promotional offers.
Atlantic Broadband has deployed CSG’s Product Catalog and Offer Management solutions, which were designed to provide cable operators with tools that help them quickly introduce new product bundles, target promotional offers based on customer attributes, improve sales effectiveness and reduce call center handling times.
By leveraging both the Product Catalog and Offer Management capabilities, CSG said Atlantic Broadband can now improve how services are created, packaged, priced and offered to customers via any channel – from the call center to the Web to text and phone.
