This morning AT&T announced an agreement with Camden Property Trust to serve up its triple play services to high-end apartment properties in Atlanta, Austin and Orlando.
AT&T is provisioning the services to the properties over its FTTP network in the three cities, the first of which will go live this fall. The three new Camden properties: are: Camden Paces (Atlanta), Camden Lamar Heights (Austin), and Camden Waterford Lakes (Orlando.)
“We are excited to be able to offer AT&T U-verse to our residents,” said Linda Willey, director of ancillary services, Camden Property Trust. “At Camden, we’re committed to providing exemplary properties and services, and AT&T U-verse will help us do just that.”
The project with Camden Property Trust is part of the AT&T Connected Communities program, which is a marketing initiative between AT&T and regional or national single-family builders, developers, real estate investment trusts, apartment ownership and management groups, and home owners’ associations to provide communications and entertainment solutions to residents and homebuyers.
Financial terms of the agreement between AT&T and Camden Property Trust weren’t available.
