Averna announced it acquired European-based Test & Measurement Solutions. Terms were not disclosed.

Averna offers a variety of testing products, including its broadband test platforms like Jupiter, Mecury and its DOCSIS protocol analyzer. T&M Solutions develops multidisciplinary solutions to test, measure, inspect, assemble and validate products. The latter is headquartered in Belgium and has offices in the Netherlands and Poland.

Averna reports that the acquisition extends its global reach and  provides a local presence in Europe.
