Bentley Design Chief Luc Donckerwolke, 49, has left the company, according to a statement released today by the carmaker.

Donckerwolke had held the position since 2012 and has worked in other design capacities for Volkswagen Group, which owns Bentley. While with Volkswagen, Donckerwolke led the designs for the Audi R8 Le Mans, the Seat Tribu SUV, and the Lamborghini Murcielago and Gallardo. Stefan Sielaff, 53, will succeed Donckerwolke.
