The Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM) said 36 cable industry leaders will participate in a two-day Business Services Forum, set to take place April 11-12 in Atlanta, in conjunction with The National Show.
The lineup of execs includes John Dyer, CFO, Cox Communications; Mike LaJoie, CTO, Time Warner Cable; Tom Rutledge, COO, Cablevision Systems Corp.; and Michael Smith, Managing Director of Research, Stratecast Partners; among others.
The event is being co-chaired by Kevin Potente, VP Optimum Online, Cablevision Systems Corp.; and Bill Stemper, VP of Cox Business Services.
The Business Services Forum will provide in-depth insights into selling cable services to business, including knowing what the customer wants and expects, the big picture view of business services revenue potential, a better understanding of the technology, operations and service approaches from MSOs, successful sales approaches and the rationale for investing capital in business services.
As part of the Forum, CTAM will host a lunch in the BizNET Pavilion on Tuesday, April 11 at 12:30 p.m. Registration information is available on the Web. The registration deadline for this event is March 31.
