TEGNA Inc. announced it has sold PointRoll to Sizmek, an open ad management company. PointRoll is a multi-screen digital ad tech and services company and was part of TEGNA Digital’s Cofactor brand. Shoplocal will continue to be at the core of Cofactor, enabling brands to deliver content everywhere and drive sales locally. Terms were not disclosed.
Futaris, Inc. announces it is investing in a new C-Band antenna for its Anchorage teleport to provide services in Alaska using Eutelsat Communications’ new-generation EUTELSAT 115 West B satellite. This investment complements Futaris’s Colorado based antennas connected to EUTELSAT 115 West B, supporting Internet, broadcast, VoIP, and disaster recovery/business continuity solutions from the most advantageously positioned hub for Alaska, including the most remote locations.
NTELOS Holdings Corp. announced its shareholders have approved the previously announced merger agreement with Shenandoah Telecommunications Company and Gridiron Merger Sub, Inc. at the Company’s 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on November 11, 2015. Over 98% of the shares voting at the meeting were voted in favor of adopting the merger proposal, which represented over 69% of the Company’s outstanding shares. Upon completion of the merger, NTELOS shareholders will receive $9.25 per share in cash.

Internet, Cable & Phone (“WOW!”), a provider of residential and commercial high-speed data, video and telephony services to customers in the United States, announced today financial and operating results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2015. For the third quarter ended September 30, 2015, WOW! reported Total Revenue of $297.7 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $109.6 million representing (i) a year-over-year decrease in Total Revenue of $4.3 million (or 1.4%) and an increase in Adjusted EBITDA of $9.1 million (or 9.1%) over the Pro Forma Total Revenue and Pro Forma Adjusted EBITDA for the third quarter ended September 30, 2014, respectively. The Pro Forma adjustments give effect to the sale of our South Dakota systems on September 30, 2014, as if the transaction had occurred at the beginning of the respective periods presented.
