Vecima Networks will be launching the Bravura multiscreen IP video delivery solution at the NAB show in Las Vegas from April 18-21. Bravura is a software-based solution that provides all essential elements required for multiscreen SD, HD and 4K Ultra HD premium video processing, preparation and delivery. The company says the platform allows for seamless integration of ad insertion and multiple DRM schemes as well as delivery of catch-up services including time shifting and nPVR.
Imagine Communications announced that its playout, live encoding and dynamic ad insertion solutions are now available on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. In addition to providing new monetization opportunities, the company reports that the suite of solutions offers the potential to dramatically improve the speed, efficiency and flexibility of media workflow operations by enabling secure, scalable and on-demand access via Azure.
At NAB Show 2016 in Vegas, Ericsson will show its portfolio spanning media enrichment, processing, publishing and delivery, which comprises multiple acquisitions and organic investments to leverage virtualization, cloud and software defined workflows. Among the solutions showcased will be the MediaFirst TV platform, OTT and online video services, cloud DVR solution, end-to-end Ultra HD 4K and HDR ecosystem, content discovery services and access services.
