Bright House Networks has teamed up with Whaleback Managed Services to provision managed unified communications services to the St. Petersburg, Fla.-based Dali Museum.
The museum, which hosts the largest collection of Salvador Dali’s artistic work outside of Spain, replaced its legacy phone system with Whaleback’s CrystalBlue cloud-based managed voice services.
“We partnered with Bright House Networks to provide Dali Museum with a simple and reliable unified communications system that gives the Dali IT team the flexibility and peace of mind that they need to focus on issues other than their IP system,” said Karil Reibold, president and CEO for Whaleback Managed Services.
Whaleback partnered with Bright House, the sixth-largest cable operator in the nation, to provide a combined platform of voice and data services running over Bright House Networks’ fiber network. Whaleback directly connects its CrystalBlue service into Bright House Networks’ SIP trunk offering.
“Bright House Networks’ state-of-the-art fiber network provides customers the security and quality they need for advanced voice and data services,” said Nick Lenoci, corporate vice president of business solutions at Bright House. “We are pleased to partner with Whaleback and the Dali Museum to help enhance their communications solution.”
