Bright House Networks recently announced it was provisioning voice and data services for the nation’s eighth-largest school district.
Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS), which is headquartered in Tamp Bay, Fla., started migrating its voice and data transport services to Bright House Networks in April before completing the process on July 1.
“Bright House Networks handled the migration of our voice and data services at all of our sites in an expedient and thorough manner,” said Hillsborough County Public Schools Superintendent MaryEllen Elia. “We’ve been very impressed with Bright House Networks at each step of the process and we look forward to a strong technology partnership in the future.”
Bright House Networks is providing private Metro Ethernet connectivity, enterprise voice trunking and analog voice lines to all of the district’s 300 facilities.
