Internap Network Services will acquire VitalStream Holdings, which specializes in audio and video streaming services.
Internap said the combination of its intelligent route control solutions with VitalStream’s content delivery services will create a platform its customers can use to distribute rich media content and advertising. The value of the stock deal is approximately $217 million.
