After logging success with a 60-day trial offer for its standard video service, Broadstripe is extending the promotion to additionally cover DVR and HD services and premium channels.
In May, Broadstripe launched what it called its Broadstripe Challenge, which invited customers to try its service, backed by a 60-day, money-back guarantee, including paying any reactivation fees a subscriber’s old provider charges.
New customers can sign up for a variety of Broadstripe packages to qualify for the offer, which covers both bundled and individual services, including digital cable, high-speed Internet, home phone, home wire service, premium channels and a variety of channel tiers, including Broadstripe’s all-new Hispanic and sports tiers.
The offer extends to current Broadstripe subscribers, who can try services they don’t currently have.
Broadstripe said it prepared for the offer after overhauling its customer service operations, including extending call center hours and adding advanced call center technologies. Broadstripe has also upgraded its network, increasing Internet speeds, reliability and picture quality.
“There was an overwhelming response to the launch of the Broadstripe Challenge, so we took the industry’s best money-back guarantee and made it better,” said Tony Lent, chief commercial officer at Broadstripe.
The company offers services in parts of Michigan, Oregon, Maryland and Washington.
