Cablevision Systems has added Starz Play and Encore Play to its Optimum TV to GO line-up, upping the total number of channels available through Cablevision’s mobile access service to 55.

Optimum TV customers whose service includes Starz and Encore now get unlimited online access to the networks’ more than 1,000 monthly titles at no additional cost.

Starz Play and Encore Play’s programming is available on the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch and select Android and other devices including the Kindle Fire, Kindle Fire HD, Nook HD, Nook HD+, and the Google Nexus 4, Nexus 7 and Nexus 10. Subscribers can also get Starz Play and Encore Play on their PCs and Macs.

Starz Play brings customers more than 400 monthly selections, including first-run films from a wide selection of Hollywood studios and 100 episodes of exclusive Starz Original series. Subscribers can also catch Encore Play’s 900 monthly selections of classic hit movies and mini-series from the ‘80s, ‘90s and today.
