The next edition of the Chevrolet’s best-selling Cruze will be lighter, bigger, and more fuel-efficient. The company announced Tuesday that the car will be 250 pounds lighter, three inches longer and will possess 40 highway miles per gallon fuel-efficacy. Like some other 2016 Chevrolet models, the vehicle will feature Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The price of the 2016 Cruze hasn’t been announced.
In other General Motors news, a small Cadillac crossover will be built at General Motors’ Orion assembly plant. Also, the development of the new Chevy Bolt is well under way.
