Convergys has introduced a customer relationship management system based on Microsoft’s CRM software, the result of a strategic partnership announced more than a year ago.
The system, called Convergys CRM powered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, is aimed at both communications and utility service providers.
The partners have expanded the CRM concept with this product to support online shopping and ordering.
Bob Lento, president of information management at Convergys, said, “With Convergys CRM, service providers now have an enterprise CRM solution that manages sales, marketing and service and optimizes the entire customer experience, across all touch points, and helps transform service into sales.”
