DC/DC converters ideal for powering IGBT drivers

(RECOM). Designed specifically for insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) systems, the converters’ asymmetric outputs of +15V and -9V make them ideal to power IGBT drivers, replacing the need for two converters. Features include:

  • Input voltages of 5VDC, 12VDC, and 24VDC.
  • Up to 6.4kVDC/1sec isolation.
  • Operating temperatures between -40 °C and +90 °C without derating.
  • Efficiency of up to 85%.
