Emerson announced a number of key leadership changes that will become effective June 1, 2011. D. Scott Barbour will be named Executive Vice President of Emerson and business leader of Emerson Network Power Systems, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. Edward K. Feeney, who has been business leader since 2007, will become Chairman of Emerson Network Power Systems. In their new roles, Feeney and Barbour will report to the Office of the Chief Executive.
