Enablence Technologies is delivering the next $6 million worth of equipment out of a $20 million order from China’s Dalian Huanyu Sunshine Group.
Dalian Huanyu Sunshine Group struck the agreement with Teledata Networks last February; Enablence acquired Teledata in June. The latest shipment brings total sales to $12.4 million out of the $20 million total.
Enablence is providing its advanced Multi Services Access Gateway (MSAG) platform, which supports high-speed Ethernet, advanced VoIP, ADSL2+ and IP capabilities, all to provide voice and broadband services.
“We welcome the added capabilities of Enablence to support our deployment,” said Zhou Quanli, President of Huanyu Sunshine. “The growing needs of the Chinese market demand advanced NGN solutions that also provide a clear and economical migration path to all-optical access networks.”
“This project demonstrates the key international growth markets and Tier 1 opportunities Enablence is now well positioned to serve with the addition of Teledata’s cutting edge solutions to our portfolio of advanced next-generation copper and all-optical broadband access products,” said Tim Thorsteinson, CEO of Enablence. “We will continue to lever the complementary strengths of the new Enablence to grow our business in the Asia-Pacific market.”
