BUFFERZONE, a provider of endpoint security solutions, has announced support for Windows 10. BUFFERZONE’s technology has been tested and certified compatible and operates seamlessly with Windows 10 to protect browsers, email attachments and removable media.
Early access to BUFFERZONE on Windows 10 is now available, with general availability starting in late December.
NQ Mobile Inc., a provider of mobile Internet services, announced that the Company’s board has approved to terminate the previously announced plan to divest 100 percent of the equity interest in Beijing Tianya Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Beijing NQ Technology Co., Ltd., NQ Mobile’s consolidated affiliated entity, to Tack Fiori International Group Limited, a Cayman Islands company listed in Hong Kong.
Beijing Tianya currently operates NQ Mobile’s mobile health applications related business.
The Proposed Divestment was terminated upon mutual agreement between NQ Mobile and Tack Fiori. In the course of reviewing the draft announcement of the Proposed Divestment, The Stock Exchange of Honk Kong Limited took the view that the Proposed Divestment would constitute a reverse takeover and would be treated as if it were a new listing application. In view of the tremendous cost and time expected to be incurred for complying with such expanded listing requirements, both NQ Mobile and Tack Fiori considered that it is beneficial to terminate the Proposed Divestment and relevant agreements.

China Unicom, a Chinese mobile network operator, and Jasper, an Internet of Things (IoT) platform company, announced the launch of China Unicom Smart Connection (CUSC), an end-to-end service and operations provider for the connected car market. CUSC enables auto manufacturers to quickly and cost-effectively enter the Chinese connected car market via a single service provider, and is built upon the China Unicom Control Center IoT platform from Jasper.
CUSC is available today, and the combination of China Unicom’s high-performance mobile network and Jasper’s IoT service platform form the basis of a new Telematics Service Provider (TSP) which enables rapid time-to-market for auto manufacturers.
