Qualcomm Incorporated’s Board of Directors has approved a 10 percent increase in the company’s quarterly cash dividend. The quarterly cash dividend will increase from 48 cents to 53 cents per share of common stock and will be effective for quarterly dividends payable after March 23, 2016. This dividend increase will raise the annualized dividend payout to $2.12 per share of common stock.
Square has announced the availability of its payment processing and hardware in Australia. Operating internationally since 2012, Australia marks the fourth market for Square, joining the United States, Canada, and Japan.
CircleCI has announced general availability of CircleCI for OS X. CircleCI for OS X allows iOS developers to build and test code for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV and Apple Watch apps with significant improvement to the development cycle.
The announcement comes a little more than a year after CircleCI announced the acquisition of Distiller to support mobile app development.
The new hosted iOS testing platform is now available for companies of all sizes and across industries to purchase and use.
Dialog Semiconductor announced its fourth quarter and year end 2015 results on Tuesday. The company reported a 17 percent increase in full year revenue to $1.35 billion despite a nine percent decrease in fourth quarter revenue to $397 million. Full year earnings per share were also up 19 percent to $2.29, while fourth quarter earnings per share were down 32 percent year over year.
Dialogue said it expects first quarter revenue to be in the range of $230 million to $245 million.
Wireless Vision announced its acquisition of Ameritel International Wireless, expanding its reach as T-Mobile USA‘s largest T-Mobile Premium Retailer (TPR) into New York and New Jersey. Now operating more than 250 T-Mobile-branded retail locations across 16 states, Wireless Vision said the acquisition is a “significant step” in moving its long term growth strategy forward.
