Tipping Rocker Chairs
REI is recalling its “evrgrn” Campfire Rocker Chairs due to a fall hazard.
The company has received four reports of children who have tipped over in the chairs while in the store.
While no injuries have been reported, consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chairs and contact REI for a free replacement or a full refund.
Manufactured in China, the chairs were sold from April 2015 through August 2015 for about $100.

Bicycle Fall Hazard
Kona is recalling its Kona Wo bicycles.
According to the recall, “The bicycle fork can crack or break, posing a fall hazard.”
No injuries have been reported; however, Kona received one report of the bicycle fork breaking at the junction of the crown.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bicycles and contact the company or an authorized Kona dealer for a free replacement and installation of the bicycle fork.
Manufactured in Taiwan, the bicycles were sold at authorized Kona dealers nationwide from September 2013 through July 2014 for about $1,700.

Glass Bowl Shatter Hazard
Pet Smart is recalling its Top Fin Betta Bowl Kit with LED Light due to a potential laceration hazard.
The company has received seven reports of incidents, including five reports of cuts to fingers and hands.
According to the recall, consumers should safely dispose of the glass bowl and return the plastic base with power cord and adaptor to any PetSmart store for a full refund.
Manufactured in China, the product was sold exclusively at PetSmart stores nationwide and online at www.petsmart.com from September 2013 through October 2015 for about $25.

Shocking Pencil Sharpener
Amax is recalling its Bostitch Quietsharp Glow Classroom and Super Pro Commercial electric pencil sharpeners due to a shock hazard.
According to the recall, “The electric components inside can energize the pencil sharpener, posing a shock hazard.”
Currently, Amax has received one report of a consumer who received a shock from the recalled electric pencil sharpener.
Manufactured in China, the electric pencil sharpeners were sold at Office Depot, Staples, and other office supply stores and distributors nationwide and online at Amazon.com from April 2012 through August 2015 for between $70 and $155.

Fish Bowl Laceration Hazard
PetSmart is expanding the recall of its Glass Fish Bowls, which were originally recalled in April 2014.
The 1.75 gallon glass bowls were sold under the Grreat choice or Top Fin brand names.
According to the recall, “The glass fish bowls can crack, shatter or break during normal handling, posing a laceration hazard to consumers.”
The company has received 20 new reports of the glass bowl breaking during normal use, including 14 additional reports of cuts to fingers and hands. Of the incidents, seven cuts required stitches, and three others required surgery for lacerated tendons.
As in the previous recall, PetSmart is offering a full refund at any PetSmart store.
Manufactured in China, the fish bowls were sold exclusively at PetSmart stores nationwide from March 2010 through September 2013 for about $20.
