Full Channel announced the launch of a digital telephone network that combines digital voice technologies with reliable interconnections with the public switched telephone network.
With the new capability, Full Channel is introducing a flat-rate pricing model for its existing residential TV and Internet customers in Barrington, Warren and Bristol, all in Rhode Island. The new calling plans include nationwide calls to the entire U.S. and Canada, as well as economic rates overseas.
Customers who switch to Full Channel Digital Phone can keep their existing phone numbers and can use their existing phone and cable wiring, the company said.
“Full Channel Digital Phone service is designed to help our customers save on what can be expensive landline long-distance and cellular per minute charges,” said company resident and CEO Linda Jane Maaia.
“Today, consumers are presented with more choices than ever when it comes to choosing phone services,” added Maaia. “Our two calling plans aim to simplify the confusion for consumers by offering one plan for light usage and a second for unlimited nationwide calling.”
