General Motors has named Bryan Nesbitt as Buick’s newest global head of design.

Nesbitt, 46, designed the Chrysler PT Cruiser, which was first launched in 2000. He came to GM in 2001 and has helped to design the 2007 Saturn Aura, 2008 Buick Enclave, 2013 Cadillac ATS, and 2014 Cadillac Escalade. Nesbit comes to Buick after spending nearly four years leading design efforts for GM’s international operations division in Asia. He was most recently in charge of design at GM China during that span.
