NetCologne, already a customer of Incognito Software, has expanded the use of the vendor’s device provisioning system to also serve its wireline subscribers.
In 2006, NetCologne deployed Incognito’s Broadband Command Center to cover its HSD and VoIP subscribers over its HFC network.
“The product’s network-agnostic nature allows us to consolidate our provisioning solution platform across the different access layers that serve our triple-play customers,” said Thomas Henritzi, head of network engineering and design at NetCologne. “Having a single provisioning solution streamlines our operations and saves us time and money.”
NetCologne serves more than 500,000 customers with phone, mobile and TV services and provides high-speed connectivity of up to 100 Mbps.
