KGP Logistics, one of the country’s largest single-source providers of equipment and integrated services to the communications industry, is making a play to acquire TriNet Communications.

Terms of the deal were not released.

KGP’s intent is to integrate TriNet Communications into its existing supply chain operations. KGP expects that TriNet’s business can benefit from access to KGP’s national distribution network.

Jon Fernandez, president and CEO of TriNet Communications, said, “Our combined business will serve an expanded market base and enable us to continue, and even expand, the exceptional customer service and product offerings that distinguish both organizations.”
