Time Warner Cable is poised to launch Speed2 across its entire footprint on Sunday.
Speed2 will make its debut on Time Warner Cable’s Sports Pass tier with no additional charge to subscribers. Its Sunday debut will feature a live presentation of the FIA GT1 World Championships in Germany.
Fox Sports-owned Speed2 is a broadband network that features live and on-demand streaming of motorsports events, as well as other programming geared toward motorsports race fans.
Speed2’s online content complements the linear programming of the Speed network. Speed2 will offer standard-definition and high-definition content, as well as access to Speed’s 14-year-old video library.
To access Speed2, subscribers must register and log in to the website.
