Unstable Chair Poses Fall Hazard
Office Depot is recalling about 300,000 units of its Crawley II Executive Chairs due to a fall hazard.
While no injuries have been reported, Office Depot has received eight reports of the seat plate weld cracking or breaking.
Consumers should immediately stop using the chair and contact Office Depot to receive a free replacement chair plate that consumers can install at their homes.
Manufactured in China, the recalled chairs were sold at Office Depot and OfficeMax retail stores nationwide and online from October 2012 through September 2015 for approximately $140.

Pajamas Don’t Meet Federal Flammability Standards
Zulily is recalling about 450 units of its Children’s Pajamas due to a violation of federal flammability standards.
The recall involves six styles of Lilli Lovebird girls’ two-piece, long-sleeve, striped pajama sets.
Although no incidents or injuries have been reported, consumers are urged to immediately take the sleepwear away from children and contact Zulily for instructions on returning the product for a full refund.
Manufactured in Mauritius, the pajamas were sold exclusively at Zulily.com from November 2015 through December 2015 for about $25.

Off-Road Motorcycles Pose Fire Hazard
KTM North America is recalling about 1,800 units of its competition off-road motorcycles due to a fire hazard.
The recall involves model year 2015 KTM SX-F Factory Edition and 2016 SX-F motorcross motorcycles with 250cc to 450cc, 4-cycle engines.
According to the recall, “The molded fuel hoses could leak fuel at the radius or the ends of the hose, posing a fire hazard.”
No incidents or injuries have been reported; however, consumers should stop riding the motorcycles and contact an authorized KTM dealer to schedule a free repair.
Manufactured in Austria, the recalled products were sold at KTM authorized dealers nationwide from December 2014 through April 2015 for between $9,000 and $10,200 for model year 2015 motorcycles and from May 2015 through September 2015 for between $8,400 and $9,300 for model 2016 motorcycles.
