Optimum Lightpath said its Referral Partner Program has borne some fruit in its first year of existence.
The number of system integrators, VARs and IT consultants in Optimum Lightpath’s channel program has tripled during that span, the company said.
The program was created as a simpler alternative to the sometimes complex and confusing partner agreements of the telecom industry. It allows potential partners to avoid investments in staff training and certification, the company said.
The network spans more than 2,700 route miles across the Tri-State area of New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. It provides fiber-to-the-business to more than 2,000 commercial buildings. Services include Metro Ethernet, Internet access, managed services, remote access and business continuity.
