Cablevision Systems’ Optimum Lightpath operation introduced a suite of business-class hosted voice and Internet services.
Lightpath Hosted Voice includes a new phone system, and what Lightpath is calling “extremely competitive” calling plans. The product is aimed at mid-size and large organizations.
Optimum Lightpath General Manager Dave Pistacchio said: “Lightpath Hosted Voice provides customers with up to five times the bandwidth offered by competitors at a significantly lower total cost of ownership. Additionally, competitive offerings often require capital investments of tens of thousands of dollars. With Lightpath Hosted Voice, upfront capital costs are virtually eliminated.”
Features include:
- A high-performance, feature-rich phone system bundled with Internet and voice access, minutes of use, telephones, equipment and support for a single-monthly charge.
- Ability to manage growth with a phone call to increase bandwidth and minutes or add users.
- Proven performance and sub-50 millisecond resiliency of Lightpath’s Intelligent Enterprise Network.
- Installation, maintenance and management of all equipment and software by Optimum Lightpath and access to an Administrator Portal to make routine changes to extensions, user calling plans and more with little or no technical expertise.
Optimum Lightpath’s Voice Services portfolio also includes Lightpath Managed Voice, Lightpath IP Trunking and Lightpath Internet/Voice.
