Agilent Technologies added 14 models to its InfiniiVision 7000 Series mixed-signal and digital-storage oscilloscope portfolio. These scopes offer bandwidths from 100 MHz up to 1 GHz. In addition to traditional analog signal representation, the scopes provide digital signal capture and serial bus triggering and decode. Custom integrated circuits deliver hardware-accelerated operation and put up to 100,000 waveforms on screen each second to help designers capture rich signal detail and intermittent events. All InfiniiVision 7000B Series models are equipped with a 12.1-inch display. The increased display size helps users display up to 20 channels simultaneously with serial protocol. Additional features include what is said to be the ndustry’s fastest sustained update rate — up to 100,000 waveforms per second — eliminating two common errors that can cause engineers to miss critical information.
