Pace announced that it has hired Jim Henderson as president of its Pace International business unit.
Henderson, who replaced Shane McCarthy, is now responsible for Pace’s International business in EMEA and APAC. As president, he will lead a team of over 500 people, delivering revenues of around $800 million.
“I am excited to have Jim join Pace in this position,” Pace CEO Mike Pulli said. “His experience and drive will be great assets to Pace, and I am confident he will lead our International business to achieve even greater levels of success.”
Henderson has held senior level positions at Comcast, Charter and Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) where he managed procurement, business development and operations, among other business functions.
Most recently, Henderson founded a consulting company where he advised C-level clients on sales, marketing and operations strategies.
