PCDworks (Palestine, TX), a new product development design and innovation firm, today launched a redesigned website, www.pcdworks.com, aimed to reach a broader audience of new product developers, innovators, and engineers.
The new website highlights the company’s increasing capabilities, including expertise in:
- 3D modeling
- Mathematical modeling
- Environmental sciences
“With the new website we wanted our potential customers to understand that our in-house capabilities and onsite tools, make us perfectly situated to help any and all companies suffering from innovation difficulties and technology bottlenecks,” says President and CEO Donna Rainone. “We want companies to recognize that you can find a multitude of capabilities, technological knowhow, state-of-the-art software modeling and prototyping in one location.”
For more than 20 years, PCDworks has been helping large organizations develop, design, test, and manufacture innovative new products.
“We want new product developers and engineers to know that they don’t have to go to ten different vendors for innovation,” says Rainone. “They can come to PCDworks and we can help them at any point of the development process. Our goal is to make our clients’ products successful. This is why we have invested so much in our own facilities, our software tools, our prototyping capabilities, and our staff.”
Over the past four years, PCDworks has broadened its expertise in electromechanical knowledge and has developed a deeper capability in software modeling.
“Our customers expressed great interest in the mathematical modeling and computational fluid dynamics (CFD), so we invested heavily in training and learning COMSOL, ANSYS, and SolidWorks modeling software packages. Our business is based around knowledge and the knowledge we can bring to our clients. They understand the value that we bring to their new product development efforts. Complex analysis is often the best way to reduce risk in highly complex technological new product development effort.”
The PCDworks team has expertise in a wide range of disciplines to help solve complex innovation challenges. Housed in a one-of-a-kind physical space, located on an 80-acre innovation campus on the outskirts of Tyler, Texas, the company’s facilities include testing labs, engineering shops, sleeping accommodations, and meeting facilities – all set within the breathtaking East Texas Piney Woods landscape.
“Our location, our tools, and our staff have made us a collaborative innovation partner for many organizations seeking help. We understand that companies today have to do far more with far less resources than ever before,” adds Rainone.
