Adlink Technology, Inc. released its low-power ETX-GLX COM based on the AMD Geode LX 800 processor and CS5536 companion chipset. It supports up to 1 GB DDR400 memory in a single SODIMM socket, or it can optionally be equipped with 128 MB or 256 MB DDR400 memory soldered on the module. Targeted for markets requiring low-power, medium performance and extended graphic support such as medical, automation, gaming, instrumentation, POS, mobile computing and transportation, the processor supports advanced display features that include a CRT resolution of 1920 × 1440 and single or dual channel 24-bit LVDS panels at up to a 1600 × 1200 resolution. This module also offers the option of a focus enhancement TV encoder chip which supports both standard and high definition TV outputs.
