RCN has launched a mobile app that allows its subscribers to check their home voicemails remotely.
The app, which is called MyRCN, also lets users update contact information, manage passwords and security questions, pay bills, set up auto payment, view current and past statements and view RCN phone call history.
“Our new MyRCN mobile app is an example of our focus on creating a superior customer experience through a platform that offers cutting edge technology at the best value for our customers,” said Chris Fenger, chief operating officer at RCN. “We’re excited to roll-out this enhanced mobile tool that provides more convenience and value to our customers, giving them the freedom to manage and access their account anywhere, anytime – on their schedule.”
The free MyRCN app works with iOS and Android devices and can be downloaded from Apple’s iTunes App Store, or the Google Play Store. RCN customers can download the app to access an existing MyRCN account or create a new one.
RCN is the nation’s 11th largest cable operator.
