Fuji Electric Holdings Co., Ltd. announces that its core operating company, Fuji Electric Systems Co., Ltd., has developed and commenced sample production of IGBT module for advanced NPC circuits, which dramatically lower power loss. The company launched a platform featuring a New 3-Level Converter Circuit in February last year. With the successful development of a special power module for the platform, sample production of the IGBT module for advanced NPC circuits has commenced prior to mass production.
