Rentrak announced yesterday that it had hired Sherri Lee as the product manager for its TV Essentials service.
Rentrak said Lee will be responsible for setting strategic direction to ensure optimal productivity and ROI for the TV Essentials system and will manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
She will report to Dawne Richards, vice president of product strategy for Rentrak’s advanced media & information (AMI) division.
Lee is a 20-year veteran of the media and advertising industry, which includes work with Harris Corp., consulting at Canoe Ventures and Visible World, and product development at Donovan Data Systems.
“Rentrak looks forward to leveraging Sherri’s experience in translating her extensive client-side experience and knowledge to keep business needs at the forefront of the TV Essentials product roadmap,” said Cathy Hetzel, president of the AMI division at Rentrak.
Rentrak counts Charter Communications and Dish Network among its TV Essentials customers.
