Dan Wright has left his position as vice president of operations for Time Warner Cable in its Kansas City region.
According to The Kansas Star, Wright left on Tuesday, but a Time Warner Cable spokeswoman declined to say why.
Wright, who started working for Time Warner Cable in 1986, took over the Kansas City/Nebraska region in May 2008 after serving as Time Warner Cable’s group vice president of operations for the national division, according to a June 2008 story in the Kansas City Business Journal.
At the time of his arrival, Wright was tasked with transitioning the Kansas City system into Time Warner Cable’s national division, which includes 18 states and is based in Denver, according to the Business Journal.
Time Warner Cable didn’t respond to an inquiry by CED in regard to Wright by deadline this morning.
