Charter Communications announced yesterday that Ted Schremp, executive vice president of operations and marketing, resigned from the company for personal reasons.
Charter didn’t provide any additional information on Schremp’s departure, or whether his position would be filled internally or through an executive search.
“Charter’s leadership team thanks him for his many contributions over the past five years and wishes him well,” the company said. “With experienced operations, customer care and marketing teams in place, Charter continues its strategic focus on enhancing the customer experience.”
Schremp joined Charter as senior vice president and general manager of Charter Telephone in 2005.
As part of an executive reorganization last month, Schremp was named executive vice president of operations and marketing, which included continuing strategic leadership of marketing and adding responsibility for customer experience transformation, customer care, operations, communications and human resources.
