Sprint topped the rest of the field in a recent study that focused on the business marketplace.
In a survey of large business decision-makers conducted by the Yankee Group and Mobile Enterprise Magazine, Sprint had the top ranking for overall satisfaction for wireless voice service providers and a matching No. 1 ranking in overall satisfaction for wireless data service providers.
The study indicated that Sprint ranked first in overall satisfaction in wireless voice and data and, in voice services, ranked first or second in nine of the 10 categories among large business customers.
Polling occurred in November among respondents from both Yankee Group’s Anywhere Enterprise panel of business decision makers and Mobile Enterprise Magazine’s readership and totaled 274 large business respondents.
