Loan World has selected the CrystalBlue Voice Service from Whaleback Systems for its corporate communications system.

Loan World had previously selected Bright House Networks for broadband data service; Whaleback said it got the business through Bright House’s recommendation.

Whaleback described Loan World as a Tampa-based loan originator. James Deschamps, manager and owner of Loan World said, “We didn’t have to purchase a PBX and phones and worry about unloading an outdated piece of equipment in a few years. Instead, we selected a managed service and don’t have to worry about telephony – it just works. Whaleback manages the service and equipment, and we can easily add new phones as our business expands.”

The installation, service activation and training was managed by KableLink Communications, an established contractor to Bright House and now a Whaleback channel partner. KableLink itself has become a customer of CrystalBlue Voice Service.
