Time Warner Cable has added Russian-based programming in its New York City footprint, thanks to a deal with CTC-International.
Time Warner Cable and Russian Media Group both signed long-term agreements with CTC-International’s parent company, CTC Media. With the two new deals, the CTC-International channel will be available to approximately 175,000 viewers in North America.
The CTC-International brand made its North American debut in 2009 when it was launched by Dish Network. CTC-International expects to offer ad inventory sales in the fall of this year on RMG and Time Warner Cable’s platforms.
