Trilithic has acquired Online Security Service, a provider of managed Internet security solutions based in Florida.
“With the market for managed security services at over $1 billion annually – and demand on the rise – there couldn’t be a better time for this acquisition,” said Terry Bush, president and co-founder of Trilithic.
“It will allow Trilithic to play a larger and more integral role in the innovation and delivery of high-quality, cost-effective security solutions to markets around the world. We’re very pleased to welcome our new team aboard as Trilithic Network Services.”
Trilithic Network Services will retain the management team of Kevin and Gary Windle, the brothers that co-founded the company in 1989.
Kevin Windle will act as director of business development. Gary Windle has been named director of operations.
