TVN Entertainment has reached a deal to supply video-on-demand services to WOW! Internet, Cable and Phone as the operator preps to launch an on-demand offering.
Financial terms were not disclosed, but TVN said it will license studio, family and “specialty” VOD programming to WOW! TVN will also provide the operator with asset management tools, including its ADONISS 2 system and its “TVNow” rapid turnaround VOD platform.
TVN’s “depth of engineering and programming experience and the ADONISS interactive asset management toolset provides the ability to deploy a compelling VOD service to our customers,” said WOW Senior Vice President of Marketing Cathy Kuo, in a release.
WOW! operates systems in areas of Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio.
