Effective immediately, Time Warner Cable executive Deborah Picciolo was promoted to the newly created position of senior vice president of technical operations, residential.
In her new role, Picciolo reports to John Keib, executive vice president, chief care and technical operations officer. She is based out of Time Warner Cable’s Los Angeles office.
Picciolo is now responsible for leading the company’s regional vice-presidents of operations in creating a best-in-class field operations organization and implementing best practices across the entire technical operations organization.
She and her team will work to create a single, replicable process for standardizing the installation and service experience across the enterprise and will also work closely with Time Warner Cable’s engineering team.
Picciolo’s cable career began at Continental Cable, which had systems across various Southern California markets, in 1987. She has held executive operations positions at AT&T Broadband and Comcast.
Picciolo was hired as Time Warner Cable’s president, west region operations in 2006, and most recently served as regional vice president of technical operations.
“Debi is among our most seasoned executives to run a tech ops organization,” Keib said. “During her tenure leading our Pacific West area operations, she oversaw cross-functional teams to introduce popular new products such as IntelligentHome, SignatureHome, TWC WiFi and new multicultural services, as well as streamlined and standardized our local field operations to provide a better, more consistent customer experience. I’m thrilled to see Debi take on this new role in which her leadership can benefit our customers nationwide.”
