UXP Systems said it will have a new revision of its Mint Software Suite later this month.
Mint v3.7 includes the following updates:
- An expanded out-of-the box User Lifecycle Management process library to enable individual user and household profiles across devices and services
- Full decoupling of user profiles from billing accounts, allowing for trial users, moving of user profiles between accounts and multiple accounts-per user
- A Service Application Module management interface, to view and manage all services integrated to the MINT Software Suite to deliver user-centric experiences
- Enhancements to the MINT AnyService SDK, allowing operators and partners to register any service to a MINT profile, making the service ‘profile aware’
“Operators are continuing to realize that the need to create and manage universal user and household profiles is foundational to both next generation video, and the consumer internet of things”, said Jay Deen, CTO of UXP Systems. “In fact, federating services through a unified user profile is the key to a seamless and personalized experience across all screens”
The Mint Software Suite v3.7 supports an extended library of user enrollment flows, a looser coupling of user profiles to billing accounts to support an extended set of use cases, and streamlined customer journeys to get universal profiles in use across video and broadband services. Moreover, enhancements to log-mining using UXP Systems’ UXDR technology (User Experience Data Records) provides user-level operator analytics, user-centric recommendations, and individually targeted advertising through UXP Systems’ solution partner vendors.
