Kirkland, Wash.-based WaveDivision Holdings plans on deploying Scorecard Systems’ reporting and analytical tools.
WaveDivision will use Scorecard’s Subscriber Analysis Application, Revenue Usage and Revenue Yield modules to get a better look at migration patterns, bundle performance and differences by geography, sales channel and customer cohort to better serve the needs of its customer base.
“Scorecard’s solution will provide a centralized, comprehensive view of all customer and service activity for our video, voice and data businesses, which we view as a critical advantage in our competitive marketplace,” said Chris Sommers, vice president of finance for WaveDivision Holdings. “Our data quality, richness, integrity and speed of reporting will be greatly enhanced, providing us with significantly more insight into our customer base, products and bundle performance.”
WaveDivision provides triple-play services to more than 300,000 customers in the Seattle, Portland, Sacramento and San Francisco designated market areas.
