WOW! continues to pad its executive team, on Monday naming cable and telecom veteran Jill Stark as the company’s new senior vice president of sales.
In the role Stark will lead WOW!’s residential and commercial sales team.
“With WOW!’s plan to continue to expand our service footprint and drive penetration deeper into our markets, we are excited to bring an engaging and highly accomplished sales executive to the team. Jill will lead our sales organization to serve customers with WOW!’s products and services in new, and existing, markets,” said Nancy McGee, chief marketing and sales officer at WOW!, in a statement.
Stark joins the team with more than 25 years of cable and telecom industry experience, most recently serving as president of enterprise sales – West Area at Sprint. Stark’s previous leadership roles include national VP of enterprise sales and client services at Charter Communications, VP/general manager of the Denver Metro Region of Comcast Cable, and VP of sales and VP/general manager of high-speed internet at AT&T Broadband.
The new hire comes after WOW! named four new additions to its executive team earlier this month, including Matt Bell, a former executive at Charter and Motorola Mobility, as the operator’s new CTO.
“With an expanding service footprint and a broader range of WOW! products and services, WOW!’s sales teams and partner channels are tasked with introducing the fastest internet speeds available, along with competitive video and voice services to new commercial and residential customers. I am thrilled to lead the sales efforts at WOW! during this transformational time at the company,” Stark said.
