WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone is expanding its gigabit reach in the greater Detroit area, with a rollout of up to 1 Gbps broadband service in Farmington, Mich.
The service is now available to more than 2,800 residential and business customers in the community.
The latest deployment comes on the heels of continued expansion of WOW’s Detroit and Livonia network, with residential and business services now offered in Detroit, Livonia, and Grosse Pointe Shoresand Mid-Michigan.
“WOW! has put a lot of emphasis on our expansion across the state of Michigan,” said Greg Argetsinger, VP of Operations at WOW! in a statement. “With the completion of our Farmington build out, WOW! is now offering our services to over 40,000 new customers across Michigan since the beginning of 2017.”
WOW! offers four residential service tiers ranging from 10 Mbps up to 1 Gbps.
