YouTube will start making video available on mobile devices starting sometime in early December. The first to have access will be subscribers of Verizon Wireless’ V CAST service.

YouTube will enable Verizon Wireless V CAST consumers to access a limited selection of the most popular YouTube videos from their mobile phones exclusively for a limited time.

YouTube did not mention any deals pending with any other wireless service providers, but the deal with Verizon Wireless is not exclusive.
