Weidmuller USA has introduced the DURAmax DC UPS, a 24V uninterruptible power supply for industrial control systems that powers PLCs, sensors and other devices and automatically switches to battery operation during mains failure. The unit is designed for compact control cabinets and includes temperature-compensated charging, LED status and fault indication, battery cold-start capability and PUSH IN connections for faster wiring. Setup is handled through the DURAmax DC UPS Manager over USB-C, and the platform is designed to work with 24 VDC PRO ECO II, PRO MAX and PRO TOP power supplies plus DURA ECO battery modules.
